Quality Validation

Quality validation is the process of analyzing samples and documenting evidence to determine whether a specific product, process, or system is meeting quality standards.

These samples may be the initial lot from a new production line or random samples from ongoing production. From the “potato chipping” of a BGA to the substitution of counterfeit components or plastic “regrind,” quality issues frequently arise from undocumented changes by suppliers and manufacturers alike.

Checking both the quality of a product as well as the authenticity of materials and components ensures safety and reliability in the hands of your end users.
