We had a fantastic four days at M&M in Cleveland showcasing the new Coxem CX200K with air-free transfer capability.
We also demonstrated Bruker’s ED-XS on the Coxem EM40 tabletop SEM. It’s the only one on the market capable of EBSD analysis.

The Leica TXP is a powerful tool we use for preparing samples for light and electron microscopy. It combines milling, sawing, grinding, and polishing in one device, all under the watchful eye of a stereo microscope.
